About the Redwolf Delimma
False Cape State Park
Dear Third Grade Students,
My name is Chuck Larson and I’m a park ranger at False Cape State Park. Yesterday, a litter of pups that we think are red wolves were found in Pungo. Our staff has seen no evidence of their parents. It has come to my attention that third grade students study animals and their adaptations to their environments. My staff and I hope that you will be able to make some suggestions that will guide us in making a decision of what to do with these pups. I will share our research with your teacher through this blog, so that we can all work together toward finding the best solution. I’m excited about having your help on this project.
